Healthy Veg Maggi Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil/butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 baby carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 bowl peas optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack Maggi noodles

Instructions

  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Once the oil is heated, add onions to it and saute it until it becomes soft.
  • Add capsicum to it and saute it for another 40-50 seconds.
  • Now, add tomato and peas to it and saute it for a minute and half (Do not overcook the veggies)
  • Add salt to it.
  • Further add a cup of water.
  • When water starts boiling add Maggi noodles to it. (Keep the saucemaker aside)
  • Now add black pepper and stir it well.
  • After serving, add Maggi masala over it.

Notes

You can add as many veggies as you want.

How To Make Healthy Maggi Noodles

Step 1:
